| I'm still surprised at how soon we are approaching the wedding. We set the date back in April, and now it is almost here.
I had someone ask me how is it that I can be so calm with the wedding being one week away. I've had to think really hard about this question, and the best answer I could come up with is that I already feel married to Quentin... this upcoming Saturday will only make it official =).
I thank God very much for bringing us together. It's been four years since we first started dating. We've both become better people because of this relationship, and we look forward to growing in marriage.
My holiday gift this year is that I get to be the new Mrs. Nancy Chan. =D (Haha, I know...cheesy!)
Take care and happy holidays!

| Hi All!
I know a lot of people have been asking me about what I've gotten accomplished for the wedding, whether I've been stressed by all the planning, etc... So I thought starting a blog about this would make my life a little easier in answering people's questions, but also seeing how far I've come in the planning process.
So far, everything's been good. The invitations are almost done. They've been designed by our friend Emily, who's done a terrific job on them. We can't wait to send them out.
With the help of my friends/bridesmaids, I found my dress early on.

It's a gorgeous strapless dress with beaded design running along the front of the dress and ending around the bottom. I'm a little short for the dress, but asking them to cut off the bottom and re-sew the design would cost a lot, so I decided early on that I had to wear high heels that day.
In addition to the invitations and dress, we've also picked the church, the reception area, the videographer, and the photographer. Quentin and I are still in the processing of finalizing the DJ and cake.
Thanks for reading! Nancy
